I wanted to express a huge thank you for supporting our workshop for the Apprentices. We had an absolutely amazing morning and the Apprentices are still buzzing from the day. We have been overwhelmed with positive feedback from the Apprentice's and their Head Chefs too, on how much they took away from spending time with you - one of the Head Chefs said they couldn't stop the boys from chatting all about the day and how awesome it was!

We produce all of our own products using the best quality New Zealand Beef that we get from Preston Foods. Obviously it's the highest standard that we use, and combining that with our lovely spices makes for the most beautiful products.
